Technology provides unlimited options. However, there are times when a human VOICE is the very best option. The day before every deposition, our scheduling department will call your office to confirm your needs and ensure that every “T” is crossed and every “I” is dotted.
Initially, you can schedule and send your deposition notice with whatever means you prefer … postal service, fax, online, etc., and we will send you an email response confirming your request. We want you to know that you are in good hands as we continuously strive to earn your TRUST.
With Network Reporting, we reach out the day before every scheduled deposition to confirm that the depositions are still on and that no changes are needed.
Each Network court reporter is equipped with a compact digital camera. Prior to commencing each deposition the court reporter will ask permission to take a picture of the witness. A small photo is attached to the face page of each deposition transcript. These photos assist our clients in many ways, especially with recollection as attorneys build their case. It’s true, a picture is worth a thousand words!
